These general terms of sale govern the sale of products and service between odoo pro to the clients.
It is responsibility of the client to read and understand the terms before plave any orders.
Odoo pro undertakes to do its best to supply services in due time in accordance with the agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. Odoo pro cannot, under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
Our invoices should be paid before using the service.
The paid amount is not be refundable.
In order for it to be admissible, Odoo pro must be notified of any claim by means of a letter sent by recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days of the delivery of the goods or the provision of the services.
Odoo pro reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The client will be subject to the terms in force at the time of acceptation of those terms.
Purchased service shall be provided within 48 hours of receiving payments.

VPS specifications

From 1 up to 9 users, your system shall be installed on shared VPS (Multi-databases secured and isolated for several customers in the same vps, access your database by selecting your database, username and password), it can be expanded anytime based on your number of users.
From 10 up to 30 users, dedicated VPS 4 cores, 8 GBR & 200 GB SSD shall be assigned for your system, it can be expanded anytime based in your number of users.
From 31 up to 50 users, dedicated VPS 6 cores, 16 GBR & 400 GB SSD shall be assigned for your system only, it can be expanded anytime based in your number of user.
From 51 to 80 users, dedicated VPS 8 cores, 30 GBR & 800 GB SSD shall be assigned for your system only, it can be expanded anytime based in your number of user.
appropriate VPS/server shall be provided according to number of users.
Extra requirements can be discussed.
